A project manager, an experienced developer and a tester contribute at different stages, supported by the technical lead and Lugher. Their allocated days and the schedule are specified in the proposal; these roles are not all full-time.
Starting prices for a simple scope. These scoping examples cover one language and standard features, without complex data migration or extensive business-system integrations. Screen count alone does not determine workload: functionality, platforms and interfaces are defined in the two specifications and confirmed in the quotation.
E-commerce, payments, offline use, complex synchronisation, multiple languages and bespoke integrations are priced according to your needs. Hosting, licences, third-party services, mobile publishing accounts, maintenance and enhancements are specified separately. All amounts exclude VAT.

A scoping baseline, confirmed in your quotation. This allocation is indicative for the simple scopes described above. Both specifications, meetings, development and testing are included in these days. Allocations and price are confirmed in the proposal according to your features and integrations.
Working days, not a delivery timeline. One person-day is one day of work by one team member. Roles contribute at different stages and may work in parallel; they are not all full-time. The calendar schedule is agreed separately with you.
Your Lugher: an allocated number of days. The proposed packages include 6, 10 or 14 Lugher days in total, shared across scoping, delivery and acceptance. This is a total allocation, not a commitment to one or two days every week. Additional involvement is scoped and priced separately.

You own the specific developments made for you once the service has been paid in full. Artefacts, documentation and handover assistance are defined in the contract.
Pre-existing elements and third-party or open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Support and maintenance are scoped separately where required.
