Duration and organisation

The minimum commitment is 12 months to account for the setup work. Minimum duration and notice are separate contractual matters.

The proposal separates development, coordination in France and any additional responsibilities. Team size alone does not define the full scope.

Code and handover

Project artefacts are provided. Knowledge sharing and handover are prepared with your contacts; timing and assistance are agreed for the engagement.

Pre-existing elements and third-party or open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Support and maintenance are scoped according to your needs.
