Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the WinForm/WebForm .Net Core and runtime components of our product
• Analyze complex technical requirements and implement efficient solutions
• Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement features with a focus on quality and performance
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure robust software
• Write and maintain technical documentation for future reference.
• Work closely with product owners, team and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications & Strengths:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with developing and maintaining complex software engines or runtimes
• Experience with command-line tools and interfaces
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in secure software development practices
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools and techniques
• Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in database operations with SQL Server
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and preferable automated testing of web and desktop applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Execute tests (functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing) to ensure quality.
